Jan Hankiewicz

A true freight forwarding agent, Niels' younger brother and second managing director. An all-rounder, be it chartering, time charter or agency. Sometimes a strategist and solution finder, takes delight in tricky tasks. A team person, casual and thick-skinned. Sometimes a little eccentric but a really nice guy, cheerful and with a crystal clear focus. Meticulous and conscientious, likes a sportive challenge. Lives in East Bremen, that is to say, close to the river Wümme. Commutes many kilometres by bicycle to the office, day in, day out, even when the typical Bremen bad weather sets in. Sometimes fits a training session in before dawn, thanks to the gym in the famous football club with the diamond-shaped symbol.

Marcus Westdorf

More the down-to-earth, North German type, straightforward, relaxed, doesn't beat around the bush. Multi-purpose employee with a wide range of knowledge, takes care of the chartering and the whole paraphernalia, has to be dealt with too, after all. Qualified shipping agent with an all-round training, has an affinity to ports and is practical-minded. Has already experienced a lot, has even bent bananas crooked and painted them yellow before now. He stands ankle-deep in the projects, tackles any situation, sometimes also clearing on board. As reliable as they come, keeps an eye on everyone anyhow and holds everyone together, at times telling them what to do. No friend of filler words, in fact, not the chatty type at all. A realist, solution-oriented, always focussed on the goal. On the road in his camper van in his free time, with or without family, mostly at the waterside, preferably on the island Sylt. Cultivates close friendships and goes in for sports every so often, with or without a ball. Loves a challenge and anything that is out of the ordinary.

Lars Nordloh

Moinsen! (Hiya!) Also North German. A fitness and sports enthusiast, besides, keen on biology. Has a sports diploma plus ambitions and prospects, trained as a shipping agent more by accident than design, it happened at the right time. The inevitable happens, today he's in the heart of the operating process, no one day is like the other. Younger than the rest, he finds the variety great, masters his desk with virtuosity, guards his desk pad and on occasion a packet of Kinder Country snack bars. Team player and owner of a stress ball, flexible and intrepid. A genuine North Bremen man, arrives by commuter train. Prudent and conscientious, you'll regularly come across him in the sand, now and then having a go at a dive, trying to keep up with his beach volleyball. A frequent guest in the gym, off to the mountains to ski once in a while. Nurtures friendships and family with devotion.

Allan Juhl Poulsen

Shipbroker with Danish roots and Sri Lankan origins. Through his father's former company, he grew up with shipping, world trade and the whole shebang; cargo shipping is simply in his blood. He loves the wide world, travelling and city life. Likes living in the heart of the city and has settled in nicely in his adopted home town Bremen. Appreciates the local quality of life. A Chelsea football fan and occasional assistant coach on the football pitch. For the sake of his son, too. Can regularly be found jogging. Unwinds while cooking, is open to all kinds of flavours and likes to be inspired. Patient. Prudent. Far-sighted. Enjoys successful projects, positive feedback and happy customers. Appreciates good and fair negotiations, honest and trusting cooperation. Empathic. Attentive. Authentic.

Highly motivated, regards his job as an affair of the heart, loves exciting logistics challenges. Sales-savvy, for real. Determined. Persevering. Communicative. Has mastered the art of time management, maintains contact with the outside world. A family man with all the trimmings, including two wee nippers. Mad about sport and football. Undoubtedly green and white, experienced in the regional league and national team selection, he once even had to give his utmost at the football training centre under Uwe Seeler. And what’s more, he’s Niels H.'s tennis doubles partner. A home and garden tinkerer, he knows the golden rules for a perfect lawn. Structured. Systematic. Conscientious. He is a master in slot car racing and is always on the move in any case. A native of Bremen, with roots in Stuhr. Down-to-earth, he places great value on reliability, honesty and punctuality. And he's the most meticulous husband of all.

Knows the ropes in the ports, has a first-class background in wholesale and foreign trade, you can often run into him in the Weser ports and at the coast. He's in “agency”, a clearing agent by passion. Has a close affinity with railings and loves being on board in any case. A Bremen man at heart, objective and rock-solid. Not loud, very reliable and prudent, can be spontaneous and engaging on cue. At home south east of Bremen, in the young and dynamic town of Achim. Likes to take time for friends and family. A series junkie with a great penchant for The Big Bang Theory. Kicks a ball around now and again with his colleagues, loves travelling in sunny climes. Still drinks vast amounts of coffee, as he did when doing his community service.

A Bremen and Hanseatic townsman with North Frisian roots by name, for the sake of tradition. Freight forwarder with a gold star having boosted his know-how (DAV). A reliable team player, extremely knowledgeable and highly qualified. A specialist for disposal logistics, an expert in environmentally compatible transport chains. Furthermore, safety officer in Hamburg, whatever that means. Proud father of two wonderful children, a girl and a boy. Calm, balanced and always mediating. Likes his clients, analyses and grasps every need on the spot, solution-oriented, always wanting to help. Appreciates a subtle, low-key humour, just loves thrashing that small hard rubber ball from green to green, not lacking in ambition. Hoping for more free time as he strives for a single handicap. And perhaps for the magic of a pilgrimage one of these days. On the Jacob's Trail, where else.

Once a freight forwarder, now a financial accountant and controller with a slight yearning for the ports. Used to be “Oli”, so also on tour from time to time doing the clearing. A family man, happy when travelling in far-off Namibia, his wife's homeland. A DIY man, tinkerer and technical freak with unconfirmed success which qualifies him as an IT supervisor, too. Large pond owner and summer garden enthusiast, city dweller with a love of nature. Chats more than others, sometimes teasing and always up for a cheeky remark. Is sometimes made fun of which could have something to do with his shiny red thermal shopping basket, though no one has said as much. Otherwise liberal-minded, reliable and warm-hearted. Really wants to have a proper go at cricket and is open for anything new in any case.

She's really a family manager with challenging timing, three children all in. For that very reason, the ideal candidate for anything to do with organisation, management and administration. Frequently the first welcoming contact person showing the way at the office door, always friendly and foresighted. Trained in a travel agency, also once worked for the airline with a crane as a symbol, in the air and service-oriented. Extremely structured, flexible and communicative. Loves to laugh, radiates happiness and contentment. Sportive like the whole family, preferably on the tennis court. Likes books, especially thrilling and intricate crime novels á la Simon Beckett. She's a real family person, loves getting inspiration from home. Finds being alone for a while stupid, dreams of distant islands in the Indian Ocean, sometimes just of a few hours to herself.
